Growing up in this environment, Ishar developed a passion for craftsmanship from a young age, learning the intricacies of the trade. This early exposure to the construction world inspired him to pursue formal education in carpentry at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
With years of practical experience and expertise, Ishar has built a strong, reliable team of professionals and trade partners. His background in carpentry and hands-on experience in the field provides invaluable insights into project design and value engineering, extending beyond mere project management.
